In the context of globalization, steel structure buildings have become the first choice for more and more enterprises due to their efficiency, environmental friendliness, and flexibility. Recently, we successfully completed a steel structure building project for a Vietnamese client, which is 160 meters long and 70 meters wide. From the initial communication to the final delivery, we have always centered our efforts around the client’s needs, providing professional and efficient services, which earned us the client’s trust and praise. Below is the detailed record of the entire project.

Initial Communication: Understanding Needs and Customizing Solutions
The client is a Vietnamese manufacturing company planning to build a large factory to expand their production line. They had clear requirements for the building’s functionality, durability, and cost control: a large span, no internal columns, strong wind and seismic resistance, a short construction period, and a reasonable budget.

In our initial discussions, we learned that the client was not familiar with steel structures but was particularly concerned about the safety of the building. To address this, we arranged an online meeting to thoroughly introduce the advantages of steel structures, the construction process, and our experience with similar projects. To alleviate the client’s concerns, we provided multiple case studies and technical documentation, helping the client build confidence.

After several rounds of communication, the client finalized the basic parameters for the building: 160 meters in length, 70 meters in width, and 12 meters in height, with internal space designed to accommodate large equipment. We initially drafted a design plan and promised to deliver detailed 3D design drawings within 10 days.

3D Design: Precision in Presentation, Details Matter
During the design phase, our engineering team maintained close communication with the client. The client had specific requests:

The factory’s interior needed two 5-meter wide logistics corridors;
The roof design had to address the drainage issues during Vietnam’s rainy season;
The building’s exterior should be simple and modern, in line with the company’s image.
Based on these needs, our design team utilized advanced 3D modeling software to complete the structural design. In the design drawings, we clearly marked the position, dimensions, and connection methods of each steel beam, ensuring that the client could intuitively understand the building’s structural layout. Additionally, we simulated the roof drainage system to ensure there would be no water accumulation during heavy rainfall.

Once the design was completed, we presented the 3D model to the client via a video conference, explaining every detail. The client highly appreciated the design, especially the logical arrangement of the logistics corridors and the roof drainage system. After a few minor adjustments, the design was finalized, and the project moved on to the manufacturing stage.

Manufacturing: Strict Quality Control and Efficient Progress
In the manufacturing stage, we strictly followed the design drawings for material procurement and processing. The client had high requirements for the quality of the steel materials, so we selected high-quality steel that meets international standards and provided material inspection reports to ensure that every batch of steel met the client’s specifications.

During production, we employed advanced CNC cutting and welding technologies to ensure the accuracy and quality of each component. Our quality control team meticulously checked each step of the process to guarantee that all components met the design standards.

To meet the client’s schedule requirements, we optimized the production process and added night shifts to ensure the completion of all components within 20 days. The client was extremely satisfied with our production efficiency and quality control.

Delivery and After-Sales Service: Safe Transport and Full Tracking
Once the components were produced, we immediately arranged for shipping. Given that the project was located in Vietnam, we chose sea freight and partnered with a professional logistics company to ensure the safe delivery of the goods. Before shipment, we numbered and packed all the components and provided a detailed packing list to facilitate the client’s receipt and installation.

During the transportation process, we tracked the shipment in real-time using GPS and kept the client updated with logistics information. The client appreciated our meticulous service, stating that we truly understood their needs and acted swiftly to address them.

Project Summary: Professional Service Earns Trust
From initial communication to final delivery, we always centered our efforts around the client’s needs, providing professional and efficient services. Through accurate 3D designs, strict quality control, and efficient logistics arrangements, we successfully helped the client achieve their construction goals, earning their trust and recognition.

This 160*70 meter steel structure building not only met the client’s functional requirements but also showcased our professional expertise in the field of steel structures. In the future, we will continue to uphold the “customer-first” philosophy and provide high-quality steel structure solutions to clients around the world.
