In the manufacturing stage, we strictly followed the design drawings for material procurement and processing. The client had high requirements for the quality of the steel materials, so we selected high-quality steel that meets international standards and provided material inspection reports to ensure that every batch of steel met the client’s specifications.
During production, we employed advanced CNC cutting and welding technologies to ensure the accuracy and quality of each component. Our quality control team meticulously checked each step of the process to guarantee that all components met the design standards.
To meet the client’s schedule requirements, we optimized the production process and added night shifts to ensure the completion of all components within 20 days. The client was extremely satisfied with our production efficiency and quality control.
Delivery and After-Sales Service: Safe Transport and Full Tracking
Once the components were produced, we immediately arranged for shipping. Given that the project was located in Vietnam, we chose sea freight and partnered with a professional logistics company to ensure the safe delivery of the goods. Before shipment, we numbered and packed all the components and provided a detailed packing list to facilitate the client’s receipt and installation.
During the transportation process, we tracked the shipment in real-time using GPS and kept the client updated with logistics information. The client appreciated our meticulous service, stating that we truly understood their needs and acted swiftly to address them.
